Assists in performing a variety of routine maintenance and repair tasks

 

• Including but not limited to Electrical, heating, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and roofing repairs

 

• Operating a variety of automotive and maintenance equipment

 

• Moves desks, file cabinets and other furniture
